The news many riders were hoping wouldn’t come has officially landed—High Seas Rally 2026 has been canceled. In an announcement released by ECP organizers, the decision came after reservation levels for the 2026 sailing “did not develop in a way that allows High Seas Rally to continue as a cruise event.” The rally, which has brought thousands of riders together at sea for more than two decades, had already transitioned from a full-ship charter model to a group sailing format in an effort to keep the tradition alive. Despite that shift, organizers ultimately made what they called a difficult decision to cancel the sailing entirely.
For those who had already booked, full refunds are being issued.
More Than a Cruise — A Brotherhood at Sea
For many in the motorcycle community, High Seas Rally was never just about the ship, the ports, or the parties—it was about the people, it was about helping the charities.
Since its early 2000s beginnings, the rally became known as the world’s only motorcycle rally at sea, drawing riders from across the country to share music, stories, charity efforts, and the kind of friendships that only come from miles ridden and nights shared.
Over the years, that community has also supported meaningful causes, reinforcing that this wasn’t just a party cruise—it was a purpose-driven gathering of riders who showed up for each other on and off the road.
Riders Step Up: Back to the Basics
While the official rally may be off the calendar for 2026, the biker community isn’t sitting still.

Members of the High Seas Rally Cruisers Facebook group have already begun organizing efforts to keep the tradition alive in their own way. The group has reached out to several biker-friendly travel agents to compile pricing and options for an independent cruise during the same timeframe. Cruisers will be cruising on the same ship Allure of the Seas on Royal Caribbean. They will be sailing out of the Port of Miami on November 1st through 8th. Port stops include: Perfect Day at Cocoa Cay, San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts
The goal is simple—and powerful:
- Reconnect with friends who’ve become family
- Keep the spirit of the rally alive
- Begin building a path toward a potential 2027 return
In many ways, it’s a return to what made High Seas Rally special in the first place—bikers coming together not because of a production company, but because of a shared love for the ride, the ocean, and each other.
Travel Options Emerging for 2026
Momentum is already building as riders begin making plans to sail together, even without an official rally.
Several travel agents and rider-focused groups have confirmed room blocks for booking, with some offering onboard credits and additional perks for those who book through them. These options are being shared and organized independently to help bikers stay connected and sail together.
As details continue to develop, riders are encouraged to stay engaged within the group, explore available options, and secure their spots early if they plan to participate.
The mission remains clear: keep the community together, support those helping organize the effort, and recreate the experience—this time driven entirely by the riders themselves.
The Road (and Sea) Ahead
Entertainment Cruise Productions (“ECP”) Organizers have indicated there are currently no future HSR cruises planned, marking the end of an era—for now. But if there’s one thing the motorcycle community has proven time and time again, it’s this: you can’t cancel a culture. Whether it’s on a chartered ship, a group booking, or just a handful of riders chasing the horizon together, the High Seas Rally spirit isn’t going away—it’s just shifting gears.
And if this grassroots effort gains traction, 2027 might not just be a comeback—It might be a rebirth.
Travel Agents and Groups
HS Biker Cruisers Group has chosen 4 travel groups to book our Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas, November 1st, 2026, cruise out of the Port of Miami. We also encourage all readers considering attending to book directly with Royal Caribbean. Many cruisers might have cruise deals from RC.
