Question #1 Tell us a little bit about yourself? I have been an Executive Chef for the past 25 years and a motorcycle enthusiast decided to blend the two and start a food truck geared towards the biker community
Question #2 How long have you been riding and what do you ride? Over 20 years and I ride a 2014 HD Street Glide
Question #3 Are you a native of Las Vegas or what brought you to Nevada? Born in Rochester New York, came to Las Vegas with my parents when I was 12 years old
Question #4 Do you ride in a group, club or independently? Independently and with a group of friends that love to ride together.
Question #5 Name a place you would like to ride but haven’t been to yet? Pacific coast highway north of California
Question #6 Tell us a little bit about your business and how long you have been in business? We are a food truck that specializes in gourmet grilled sandwiches. I like to think of it as hearty comfort food to enjoy after a long day’s ride. We have been in business for just under 1 year.
Question #7 What does your business specialize in? Sweet and Spicy Steak sandwiches, Guinness Corned Beef, Tandoori Chicken Melt and Sriracha Burger

Question #9 Name 3 things that set you apart from your competitors? Restaurant quality food, not the usual food truck processed option, plus we look cool at your biker events. We are bikers…serving bikers
