This year marks the 38th year that Rocky Mountain Harley-Davidson has put on an annual ride the Sunday before Thanksgiving. This motorcycle ride has, for over three decades, seen all types of weather, riders, and routes for a basic poker run. The main difference is that over all these years, almost 2,000 frozen birds have been awarded for participants’ Thanksgiving dinners! Before it became a “Humane Issue,” in the early years, there was even a live turkey given away!

This year, like for the previous 10, riders will receive a commemorative pin when they sign up at Rocky Mountain Harley-Davidson. The route will not be released until the day of the run, but we are pleased to announce that every stop is an independent small business establishment! We believe in the support of small businesses and, in particular, ones that are motorcycle enthusiasts as well!

This run is held regardless of weather, and we welcome any and all makes of vehicles! Poker hands are 20 dollars, and additional hands are 10 dollars! The top scoring poker hand receive frozen turkeys for the first 50 high hands. As anyone that has attended in the past knows, the amount of door prizes is worth the ride too!

Sign-up starts at 9:30 AM at Rocky Mountain Harley-Davidson on Sunday, November 18, 2018.

Hope to see you all there!
