First Friday of Every Month
Starts April 13th at 6:30 PM

In the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s, cruising was one of the most enjoyable weekend social events for American teenagers. No matter where you are from, you have a memory of cruzin down some street or boulevard in your local town. In Denver, Colfax Avenue was THE CRUISE. Cruzin involved cool motorcycles and cars, local hamburger emporiums, milk shakes and music. Cruzin was a good, safe event that generated many wonderful memories. It is our hope to bring that feel BACK to Colfax Avenue. Rte 40 Sign

The cruisers of yesteryear have reached maturity; However, we have not lost our love of the motorcycles and cars and the great memories of the Friday night cruise. It is our goal to highlight the great small businesses on Colfax avenue and to promote the bars/taverns that we have grown to love on Colfax Avenue.

The Cruzin Colfax is to be held first Friday of every month starting on April 13th from 6:30pm to 11pm. We have 3 great historic bars on Colfax participating The Phoenix Bar (formerly known as Hawg Back), The Viking and Dirty Dogs Roadhouse (formerly Susie’s) and we will start our Cruzin at Avalanche Harley Davidson in Golden.

The Cruzin is FREE and you can start at whatever participating business you would like. Colorado Rider News will be starting at Avalanche Harley Davidson, and I know Brian from The Viking will be starting his group from his bar! We will have giveaways for riders.
